Lia Montelongo

Lia Montelongo was inspired at the onset of covid to create a podcast to open up a conversation about spirituality. With the desire to share what it means to become a spiritual warrior during the most difficult of times. She hopes to inspire a community to grow through the ever changing times! 

She wanted to offer a multi level option of a health and wellness space for followers (member’s ) to participate in yoga, meditate and dive deeper into an overall sense of spirituality and well being. 

Lia is a leader & teacher in the fitness industry for almost 3 decades. She has built a career teaching exercise, yoga & meditation & is excited to see how many more people she can reach with SWW podcast & community.

Lia is an American actress, the youngest to work in a Mortal Kombat video game. She started working on Mortal Kombat 3 at the age of 19 as Sindel. In 1997, she played Tanya in Mortal Kombat 4.  She is also a Fitness instructor and a spiritual advisor.

Pang Thao

Pang is a successful business owner, serial entrepreneur, avid community volunteer and skilled networker.  From her first job as a babysitter to opening her own real estate brokerage, she is always looking for opportunities of growth and giving back.  She is certified as a life and business coach and holds an Associates in Audio Production degree as well as a BFA in Recording Arts.  Pang has held leadership positions as a corporate trainer, corporate manager, host or co-host of special events, and being a Board member for a multitude of non-profit organizations. 

Pang is a problem solver, risk taker and believer in the good of people.  She believes that we all can live a healthy and happy life.  It is that innate belief that fuels her actions in not only nurturing her own mental, physical and emotional health but also helping others discover how they can live happier and more fulfilling lives.

Nick Hansen

Nick has been producing creative content and managing production teams for over a decade. Whether working with a small business owner, large corporation, or independent film and audio production, Nick always the team’s needs first and works with them to engage the consumer. He is comfortable across a variety of mediums and has a reputation for driving audience acquisition and growth. 

Nick’s film bio:

Nick has written, directed, acted, or produced work that has screened at the Minneapolis St. Paul International Film Festival, Twin Cities Film Festival, Duluth Superior Film Festival, MNKINO Film Festival, and Thunder Film Festival. He has produced movies and videos for over a decade after graduating from Gustavus Adolphus College cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with an individualized filmmaking major in 2009.

Matt is a martial Arts weapon's master. Video game voice over talent for fighting games like Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Killer Instinct, Skullgirls, and Soul Calibur. Matt is also an incredible trance music producer and amazing lyricist, DJ Matt Bishop.

Dr Julie K

Dr Julie K is a Doctor of Psychology by training and a Life Coach in her practice. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UCLA (University California Los Angeles), as well as, her Masters & Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from Ryokan College. She provides online Coaching and In-person appointments in Miami Beach, FL. You might have seen her on televisions TLC’s “My Strange Addiction” or “The Dr Phil House”. 

Dr Julie K has worked at the Gay & Lesbian Center in Hollywood CA, a private Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation Center in Malibu CA and an outpatient Treatment Center for teens and their families.  Her doctoral dissertation was the "Psychological Manifestations of Internet Addiction in the Digital Native Population", of which she has lectured on at a graduate university.

She is trained to administer NeuroAcoustics by the Center for NeuroAcoustic Research (CNR) using Psycho-Sensory-Integration. Since 2019 Dr Julie K has been enrolled in courses at the International Human Design School on her path to certification.  

Independently Dr Julie K participated in a directed course in Financial Psychology with an emphasis on emotions, compulsivity, culture, behaviors, beliefs and additive patterns. She is also a consultant with the "Financial Psychology Center", offering individual coaching & co-facilitates groups with another clinician
